The technical research conducted at Longines was rewarded in various ways, winning over 10 Grand Prix awards by the 1929 Barcelona International Exposition, becoming known as the \"most award-winning brand.\" In 1989, Francillon registered the name Longines and the winged hourglass logo as trademarks.
